Join a group of amazing women for a day of renewal and celebration with sounds of crystal bowls, restorative yoga, walking meditation on the labyrinth, art expression, and fun at the Lake Bluff Beach.

Lunch will be provided, with gluten free options, made lovingly by Marian. Please bring a journal (if you use one), water bottle, yoga mat, towel, bathing suit or shorts for the beach. No yoga or art experience necessary.
