International Day of Yoga at Highland Park Recreation Center.
Free event! Join Tracy Handleman and Marian McNair to celebrate the Summer Solstice outdoors, weather permitting. Marian will play the crystal bowls and Tracy will lead flow yoga. We will begin and end with sound meditation. Please bring your mat and celebrate summer.
