During this workshop we will incorporate a deeper practice of breath, meditation and gentle yoga movements while creating greater awareness in our body.

Our world is changing all the time and we continue to face many challenges that are difficult to assimilate.
This workshop will help you to release and surrender with love. Maybe you have noticed negative thought patterns and doubts. We will release old patterns and fortify ourselves with strengthening breath practices to develop and grow our inner light with greater awareness.
